Daniel C. Pauley Bio
Daniel C. Pauley is an associate attorney with the firm. Daniel is a native of Hastings. After graduating with honors from Hastings College Daniel attended Creighton Law School in Omaha NE. Upon graduation Daniel served as the In-House Counsel for Treetop Ventures and angel investment and CFO consulting firm in Omaha.
Daniel is married to Brooke Pauley (another Hastings native) Daniel and Brooke enjoy spending time with their family and boating at the Lake of the Ozarks. Daniel is an avid hunter and enjoys the outdoors.
Daniel has worked with many start-up companies on their legal, financial, and structural needs. He practices in the areas of: Family Law, Criminal Law, Agricultural Law, Estate Planning, Corporate Law, Guardian/Conservator, and Litigation as well as Employment and Labor Law. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar, and the Adams County Bar. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
